As a single father I raised my children almost singlehandedly without the other parent present in their lives AT ALL since the ages of 2 and 3. They are now college age with bright futures ahead for them.
I am an online entrepreneur since 1996 but doing it more seriously since 2002. I've come to understand that being online is more challenging than a more traditional brick and mortar business but allows much more freedom in lifestyle . . . well, kinda sorta. LOL
I have many sites in different niches and have built a nice subscriber list but having a huge list doesn't guarantee monetary wealth as some "gurus" would lead you to believe.
Today I counsel young dads to raise their children artfully but I spend much of my time working with our youth through UAMI giving them the keys to positve outcomes of ANY situation they happen to find themselves in, while teaching them life skills they can carry with them forever.
I love many things in my life and while MUSIC, WRITING, TEACHING, CONSULTING, COOKING, GARDENING, DANCING, FAMILY, PHILANTHROPY, TRAVEL, EXPLORING are at the top of my list, there is so much more that fulfills my life and soul.
I'm still a single dad but now that the kids are older I've reacquainted myself with these things I love doing once again. I guess my contract with my kids are up since they are both over 18; we have renegotiated a new one. :-)
