- As a former management/organizational development consultant, I made the switch to a personal growth emphasis in the 90's. I also I began shifting my focus to issues of children and families. Today I facilitate programs for youth: Your Thumbprint, Thumbprint Leadership Academy (formerly F.L.O.W. U); Simply Charming, and Your Body's Thumbprint. I also speak at Youth Leadership Conferences, Colleges and Universities, Teacher Associations, and Parent Groups.
