Besides living in my favorite city..sounds like you have and are doing lots of stuff. We spent part of the year in Newport, Oregon. So when it is out you can read "FOr Kids 59.99 and Over." I think my grandkids are the cutest on the planet...Maybe we can share that title...Carol
