Great to hear from you. Rich, my husband, and I are working on the next book (my first is Kitchen to the Corner Office: Mom's Wisdom on Leadership) and it is about husband/wife business teams...the ups and downs of doing it successfully. Respect, communication and clearly defined roles has been the key for us.
