Two Copies of "Career Success Without a Real Job" Sell for $200 Per Copy

Getting Paid Your Due Royalties by Publishers Is Not Always Easy
I am amazed by the number of publishers that I deal with that have so little excellence, integrity, and class in the way they operate.
I get particularly annoyed when the publishers are North American.
