- Dr Don Kennedy is a family physician, author, professor, lecturer, and certified coach. He is the recognized world expert on longevity and smoking cessation and his unique Smoking Bahbit™ program has helped hundreds beat nicotine addiction.
Dr. Kennedy has practice family medicine for 25 years and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Stetson University, and teaches as an Assistant Clinical Professor for the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has been a staff writer for Life Now magazine and has spoken for companies such as Merck, Schering-Plough, Younglife, Rotary International, and Pfizer. His radio show, You Are the Doctor, was the first interactive programs of its kind and he conducts his focused seminars for groups and businesses. He has practiced family and geriatric medicine for twenty five years and is an active member of the National Speakers Association.
His delightful new book, 5 AM & Already Behind, with forward by Michael Gerber, was written to teach the need to change now, not later. It is a story about Mike and uses a workbook format to teach us the Bahbit™ system Dr. Kennedy has used to create immediate change and improve the health and stories of thousands of patients.
Dr. Kennedy has recently partnered with Mark Victor Hanson, author of Chicken Soup for the Soul books, to eradicate nicotine addiction by taking his Smoking Bahbit™ program to all age groups world wide.
